My Tarmac had a bit of clear coat peel off on the seat stay inexplicably-
well probably due to using protective tapes supplied by SKS for their
fenders that seems to mar every frame I've owned.

Mostly I'm annoyed it's gone but do I have anything to really worry about?

Chances are I'll take it Ruckus and have them respray it.

Thoughts?
