Hey y'all sorry, relax, I didn't mean to turn this into a pro/anti fixie thing. I've got nothing at all against fixies. I just love Pinarellos regardless of how many gears they have (my first had 16 and downtube shifters, my rain/commute bike 20, and now I race 22). I'd ride a Pinarello fixie in a heartbeat. I loved that the van owner had taken the time to make a custom bumper sticker and with the OBRA sticker. It could just as well have said Pinarello: One Less Trek but that's another discussion.

It's unfortunate how bad of a rap the fixed gear bicycle has gotten here in portland.

While I have never owned a fixie, anyone on a fixie is better than them in a car. All people on two wheels should be celebrated :)

As seen on a custom bumpersticker on a white van I keep seeing in the mornings on my bike commute to work (on a Pinarello no less). Also sporting an OBRA sticker. Whoever you are, you're my kinda peeps.
