Yea,
I'm a bit confused too.  I headed the vup last year and this year due to lack of races and lack of being able to run the cup, the event was dropped.  I talked to Kenji after the awards meeting and we toyed with the idea on keeping it going but I have had no time nor support to keep it going this year.Joel, please let me know what the status is as I'm totally confused.  If your willing to head it up this year, GREAT!!!  I can definitely help out as back up.

Joel,
So is the OBRA TT Series a new thing that replaces what was formerly named the Oregon Time Trial Cup?  The OBRA post on Facebook uses yet a third name: 2017 OBRA Time Trial Cup.  Could you please clarify?  Thanks.

Joe, that is a mistake on the website listing the crit, and yes the OBRA TT Series is indeed on for 2017 the schedule can be found here:
3/5 Jack Frost Time Trial 2017
3/18 Table Rock TT
4/29 Revenge of The Disc
5/7 OBRA TTT (double points)
5/20 Valley TT (Tentative)
6/11 OBRA TT (double points)
7/16 OBRA Uphill TT
8/27 Mt. Ashland Hill Climb
The Valley TT is a new event, and more details will be released as soon as we have them.

Thanks,——Joel Fletcher

First, there was an announcement recently made that the TT cup would not go forward for 2017. If this has been retracted, can someone confirm? It would appear the announcement made that clear but the announcement muddied things for me.
The Mt.Ashland HC is mass start event but sorts itself out as a virtual HC TT unless the format changed, can someone confirm?
Third, the OBRA Crit championship is listed as an event, seems odd. Was it a mistake? Should this be the OBRA HC TT Champs?
Valley TT? Any details?
