Mike is correct about the sizing. I sell Fuji at my LBS and I still have not figured why they call the sizing the way they do, but yes this bike is a 52 seat tube and a 53 top tube, check out the fuji site.
I will say that this is a great bike, it is Fuji's top racing bike. If Mike says that he can make you a "good deal" go for it!

Nope. Basing it on fitting the actual bike. That's why I have one to get rid of. I think you have to realize that you and I are looking at the opposite ends of the spectrum on this deal. Your head tube could be my seat tube. Most of my bikes basically don't have a head tube.

You're arriving at this conclusion based on those two numbers?
May I suggest you look up the stack/reach measurements for a bike that fits you and compare that instead?
