FS: Fuji Altamira SL 1.1 47 cm

Mike is correct about the sizing.  I sell Fuji at my LBS and I still have not figured why they call the sizing the way they do, but yes this bike is a 52 seat tube and a 53 top tube, check out the fuji site.
I will say that this is a great bike, it is Fuji's top racing bike.  If Mike says that he can make you a "good deal" go for it!

Nope. Basing it on fitting the actual bike. That's why I have one to get rid of. I think you have to realize that you and I are looking at the opposite ends of the spectrum on this deal. Your head tube could be my seat tube. Most of my bikes basically don't have a head tube.

You're arriving at this conclusion based on those two numbers?

May I suggest you look up the stack/reach measurements for a bike that fits you and compare that instead?

So you would think that even being as short as I am a 47 cm bike would be
plenty small enough. Unfortunately no. I finally buy myself a new bike
after many years and this one ends up being too big. The effective top tube
is 53 cm which would be just fine for me but the effective seat tube of 52
cm is too long. This is a brand new bike not yet fully assembled. I can
make you a very good deal. Let me know if you are interested.
