Hi Kenji,

I organize a non-profit kids' bike and trike event called Corvallis
Spring Roll. We're currently organizing our fourth annual ride and
cycle fair to take place June 1, 2014, and I was wondering if there is
some way OBRA could help us find some enthusiastic cyclists to
volunteer at our event.

We'd like to have cyclists on the 1 km long course to monitor the flow
of the ride and be a good example for the riders. It's a
non-competitive closed course in town and we do traffic control and
have other volunteers on the course, but it would help if we could
have more adults out there who look official - possibly even in their
racing gear - to help the kids stay on the right side of the road,
cycle safely, etc. Maybe even someone could do our very brief pre-ride
safe riding talk as the kids line up at the start.

We do partner with local biking groups such as Team Dirt, Corvallis
Bicycle Collective and Mid-Valley Bicycle Club and they all host
activities at our event. I've attached a promotional flyer about what
we do and how we're growing - we had 234 kids registered for last
year's ride!
