Custom Insoles?

I would like to recommend Dr. Phil McMary at the Laurelhurst Chiropractic
Office. His custom insole service is wonderful. I was treated to some foot
work just previous to having my feet individually pressed into crush boxes.
These boxes are then seen off to be crafted in less than a weeks time,
So,.. my customized insoles returned; and I do mean customized, in the
fact, that I chose specifically the insert base amongst the other options
in which they were built. When they were fitted into my riding shoes, i
immediately realized that one of the many options didnt feel quite right.
But not to worry. I sent them back for modification, and have been very
happy with them since. I felt that they helped to stabilize my hip on down
through my knee, because of the toe and ankle support they provide. I feel
more comfortable in my riding shoes, and have the feeling of better power
transfer to the pedal interface. And being based off a 2.3mm carbon fiber
shank they are very light and flexible in the right way. I would encourage
anyone who may have questions about what these high performance
insoles/orthotics can do for you to visit Laurlhurstchiropractic.com or
call 503-234-4288.

Go pester Russell Cree at Upper Echelon Fitness!

You'll go for the insoles but you'll stay for the dry humor.

I strongly recommend Scott Peterson's Cycle Soles. I realize he's out of Bend but he often travels to Portland to set up his custom shop. I've been riding his soles for several years now and can't recommend them enough. Check out his site and contact him,

BTW, I live in Portland and had mine made during one of his visits.
