Hi ladies!

Next Sunday is the Laurelhurst Dentistry Road
Race in beautiful Rainier! This year the women���s categories will be the
women���s state road race championships. We are using the same course as last
year���s Rainier Road Race, but in the opposite direction, giving us a great
finish back towards the high school.

Cat 3 women again have their own race--please come and show other promoters why they should also do this!

The novice women���s race is back again this year and we made a few changes in order to open
it up to more women ��� the requirements for entering the novice race are:

-Been racing for less than a year (any discipline)

-Never finished in the top 3 of a race

-Never received an upgrade
