I have fallen in love with my mountain bike again and have decided NOT to sell it.
I am stubbornly sticking with my big, over-pinned flat pedals (bad, old knees make clipless impossible). Seeking shoe recommendations for a lace-up BMX-type flat shoe that doesn't break the bank (i.e., I can't afford FiveTens). Right now I'm riding on an older pair of Chrome Kursks and they fit and feel fine but I'd like something with a slightly stiffer sole that can handle all the pins in my flat pedals. I wear a womens' 9-9.5 and if I need a mens shoe would prefer something that runs slightly narrow.
Recommendations, anyone?
