If anyone's interested in an informal, long ride on Saturday, I and at
least one other person are doing an unsupported century ride starting
from Forest Grove, climbing to Bald Peak via Laurelwood, then north to
head up Old Germantown, then up Pumpkin Ridge and finally up Shearer
hill before winding up back at the start in Forest Grove. There are a
few good bailout points along the route if you don't want to do the
full distance or want to skip any of the climbs.
It's about 170km with about 2,375m of climbing. Leaving from Olson's
Bicycles around 7:30am.
