Bike Lights at Rapha Trophy Cup

As a personal recommendation, use a setting of 300 lumens or less while
racing on a short track with head on traffic. If everyone uses the same
base lumens it does not cause night blindness for racers that lack a 1500
lumen trail light.

But just because you can doesn't mean you should, for reasons enumerated
above.

I believe the rule is NO helmet lights. They shine in people's eyes and
screw up the night vision. Bar lights only.

But that's just from experience at Blind Date. Maybe PIR is different.

My bad - read that as Blind Date.

Joe - I don't see it on the BD website, but I know I read it somewhere
recently. Lights on bars are OK, lights on helmets are not.

As a benchmark, Blind Date allows a handlebar mounted light. No helmet
light...it can blind other racers.

What are the rules concerning the use of bike lights at the Rapha Trophy Cup? I checked the website and the OBRA rule book and can't find any reference to the use of lights on a bike during a CX race.

Specifically, can I run lights on both my helmet and handlebar?
