Thanks Tireless Velo. Your course set up and crew of volunteers were amazing!
Of course thanks to Alderbrook and sponsors. OBRA and Luciano were up to their normal highest standards.
But for this guy the RAIN made it the best day on the course yet this year. I felt 67 going on 11. I hope others had as much fun as I did because I would not want to hog any of what I experienced. This is what makes Cross “the best”. People who train 24-7 as well as folks who just manage to get on the bike for some pre-ride then a race......can enjoy the experience.
have fun out there.

I agree.

The venue, course, weather and competitors were magical. What a perfect day.

I faded like 100 year old film, BUT I LOVED THAT COURSE!!!!

As Spongebob would say....”Best day ever!”

Thank you Tireless Velo for loving bike racing and supporting P:ear.

ZALDERCROSS. This is a new Classic!
Yes the course was somewhat bumpy.....did YOU lose your chain?....not me! But I knocked one of my brake/shifter hoods loose on a big hit. Super Fun and Tough course. Bill was right in his description. Imagine that course with some rain. Oh baby. The fun factor would have been multiplied by MUCHO!

Thanks so much to the super group of Rebound / Tireless Velo, Sponsors, OBRA officials, Alderbrook Park owner’s & staff for offering us a super place to race our bikes.
Maybe most important in my view.......the financial support for P’ear...helping homeless youth.

The evening series races up next, then two more Classics..........NinKrossi and Battle at Barlow. If you have not done these races, you are missing an important part of the Oregon Cross Season. Give it a go if you can make it happen.
