Race #1 and 2 Alpenrose Dairy

New for 2014, we have chosen to turn Alpenrose into a two day event. The Crusade Crew has been bantering ideas around for months now to make sure that you all get to race on two unique and exciting courses from one day to the next. Many of you that come to Crusade races like to turn it into a whole day celebration. In honor of that we have dedicated the 2014 series to Tailgating. In fact, a bit later in the series we are even going to have a judged tailgating competition. So start practicing up now.

A couple of tidbits to go over:

The course will be open for preview after 3:00pm on Friday. This is also when teams will be allowed to set up tents.

Camping is allowed on Friday and Saturday evenings. No charge.

Please be very respectful of the neighbors that live close by the dairy. This goes not only for over nighters but also people parking or warming up in the neighborhoods close by.

Alpenrose is a "no alcohol" facility. Please be cool.

Parking is always a bit tight. We will have parking attendants, please be cool to them too.

We have our usual Bob's Red Mill Oatmeal and Belgian Waffles in the morning. Then for lunch we will have Three Guys Grilling, Peoples Pig, and a pizza cart. So there should be plenty of post race grub.
