How is that any different than my pre and post race rituals now? I usually eat half a bag of powdered Donettes while on the trainer for warm up (sugar spikes are critical during the interval portion of the warmup), and then I finish off the bag as my recovery food post race.

I wish people would stop putting money in cans, bras, and various holding implements for us to grab while we whizz by (granted that is often the only money I make all season). I suggest they switch to donuts. Nothing to sticky, dry, or powdery. A lung full of powdered sugar would be crippling (not to mention the tell tale white powder around your mouth caught on camera as you cross the line). A nice cake donut with a soft to medium glaze would do perfectly..... perhaps a still warm apple glaze donut?
