First, a big thanks to everyone who came by at Alpenrose - each year it's so nice to see and feed you and your friends and families! I invested in some fantastic, new commercial waffle irons and they are turning out some very nice waffles.

A few favorite combinations for you to ponder and salivate on:
The Belgian Butter Cup - Nutella and Peanut Butter
The Euro - Nutella and Jam
The Americano - Butter and Syrup
The Pooh Bear - Peanut Butter and Honey
The Euro Winter - Nutella, Jam and Marshmallows or Whip Cream

Next week we'll have a pretty exciting topping compliments of a long-time CycloSportif supporter - caramel sauce and sea salt! Sounds so good that I had to tell you. Can't wait for you to try it.

As always, I'll have a limited amount of vegan batter. It's also based on a gluten-free mix, but it's cooked on a shared waffle iron and therefore may have contacted/contracted gluten. So, I would call it wheat-free. It's very dense and flavorful.
