Pacific Power/Willamette Valley Cycling team and OBRA put up the money to
run this series. We have great merchandise sponsorship, but the folks
bankrolling this series deserve special acknowledgement. Thank you for your
contribution to Junior Cycling in Oregon. Your contribution has made a huge
difference in Junior participation. Race attendance has risen steadily over
the past several years in large part to this series. This series is one of
the largest of its kind based on attendance in the United States. Thank you
to all our sponsors for helping grow the sport we love. Thank you to the
parents for supporting all these great kids. I have gotten to know many of
them and it is a great joy to see them having so much fun, racing with such
skill, enthusiasm, and sportsmanship.

The awards will be held in the Blackberry building (where Registration is)
starting at 1:30 pm.

Be sure to thank every OBRA official you see for their part in making this
series happen. They spend their lunch officiating and scoring the noon time
race just so the Juniors can have their own time slot. Candi Murray, Melanie
Rathe, Terri Camp deserve a special thank you for all their efforts!

Also, behind the scenes we need to thank Catherine Cooper and Scott Willson
for managing the Junior Web page, and all the OBRA Results Data Base.

OK, get ready for the State Championships and a great JCS Awards.

See you there!
