If you haven't signed it- do it. This will help not only Portland but
all of us racing in the NW by getting more riders and racers out
there.

It would be great to see some of the "bigger," local (and national) names signed onto the petition with accompanying comments.  NWTA is working very hard to improve the local, off-road scene for all of us so lets show them the support they deserve.  Perhaps we can come up with some different ways to garner support for this petition?  For example, local bike shops could have a laptop/IPAD at their counters, asking customers to sign if they are in agreement.  Local bike businesses could ask all of their employees to sign if they are in agreement with the petition.  Race team captains could send emails out asking everyone on the team to sign.  A link could be added into newsletters.  Cheers!

I do not know how many have filled out the petition, but I would like to urge anybody who has not to do so and please try to get others. It would be very positive if maybe some Bike Gallery employees encouraged the big man at TREK to fill it out. How about WestEnd bikes getting Specialized Honcho to fill it out? River City.........ask those companies to comment. Comments for Bike Company big bosses regarding the economic impact as well as the livability uptick with natural surface bike access would most assuredly help the cause for us and the future generations of riders. A few minutes of time can make a WORLD of difference.

We need support from out-of-towners and out-of-staters.  We need support from the cyclocross world.  We need support from those who believe children should have local, legal places to ride and jump their bikes.  We need support from anyone who is pro cycling.  Please take the 30 seconds to sign and then share with your family, riding friends, and social media networks.  Cheers!
