Bunnyhop Takedown: Fair, foul, or part of racing?

Chris,
Idaho? Were you in a potato, onion or sugarbeet field? Just kidding. I
grew up in E. O. on the Idaho border.

That was not a take down. Some bumping happens. Neither rider "wanted" or
intended contact and one just got a little more dirty than the other. Your
racing looks like a good time is had by almost everyone. It sure looks like
something I would have had fun racing. Keep it real over there and
encourage people to give it a go. Really make the beginner experience a
positive one and then if riders become elite so be it. The key is to get
people off the couch, outside where they feel the real world, not live it
through some electronic device.........although video of the racing can be a
helpful carrot to get people to try Cross.
Thanks for sharing with obra.

So, there was a fair amount of good-spirited conversation about this video.
Does the faster rider need to slow? Does the rider who is wobbling need to
hold it together? Fault or just CX?

I put it right at the front, in case you don't want to hang around to watch
the rest. But, there are more exciting moments later. The video also
features Baker City Cycling Classic organizer Brian Vegter and his wife,
making the trip.

That's pretty light contact in my opinion. I'm usually jostled harder than
that in the waffle line.
