OBRA, Its that time a year again and the day has finally arrived for the 5th Annual Pay It Forward Xmas ride for the Doernbechers kids....Just want to say huge thanks to everyone that has help donate funds, goods, services whatever....You know who you are and there is way to many to name them all : ) We had the Gift Wrapping party on Thursday evening at PACE and had a big group show up....Thanks to all you guys for showing up and helping, made a HUGE difference...

So here is ride and party details and everyone is welcome to join us for the ride and party......

Start of ride..... Springwater Trail Head at SE 92nd and SE Knapp Roads....Where the trail crosses SE 92nd.....Knapp road is right next to the trail....Lots of parking on that small residential street next to the trail....its on the Northwest side of the trail....I will be there early with Gifts to load up in everyone's backpacks....and the kids bikes and bigger items I think Franny is going to haul in her truck...Need to confirm that....

Time of Ride....Saturday 13th, 4:30PM.....so show up a few minutes early to stuff you back pack with a gift box...
if anyone wants to roll a trailer and really be Santa they can...we have a few bigger boxes that can be loaded on.....Ride is about 10 miles out Springwater Trail to Gresham and the house....and 10 miles back the same way....
We should be back to the vehicles around 7PM....so about a 45 or 50 minute ride out, maybe 30 minutes or so at the house and then back.....

Ride Celebration Party...7:30PM at Eastbank Saloon, next to River City Bicycles.....RC bikes will be closed....But we have permission to use the whole lot for parking....If you have a bike on top of you rig and you do not feel safe with it there.....You can bring in the back locked gated area of the patio at Eastbank....We should have a big group for the party, but if you plan on coming and you have NOT RSVP'ed with me, let me know...So I can update a head count for Eastbank.....

That's it for now, the weather is looking really great for the ride....bring friends and mates, all are welcome and have those bikes lit up and wear your Santa Caps and bells : )
