Gaining power this winter.

Props to the latest O2 Endurance "G-Man" Alistair Corkett for topping
1,000w for the first time ever during our workout last night and
congratulations to everyone that set new PR's for max power. Tough
workouts like these on the Multi-Rider are the reason we are able to
guarantee that everyone will improve.

If you're looking to improve max power for sprints, threshold power for
time trials or technique/efficiency for overall better racing I invite you
to check out what we're doing at the Training Center this winter. The
group environment provides the motivation and the technology along with
race specific workout scripts will set you on a path to guaranteed
improvement. First workout is free so you've got nothing to lose if you
decide its not for you.

All levels are welcome and all will get the correct workout for their
individual ability...see for yourself.
