I know it's a long shot but I want to try this before craigslist. I'm looking for another bike minded individual to share an apartment with. I ride and race frequently depending on the time of year. I've lived in this unit for a little over two years with the same roommate.

About the apartment:
It's on the South end of Ashland right next to Shop N kart. It's on a flag lot in the back so it's very quiet, just under 1000 square feet, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with washer and dryer inside the unit and a west facing balcony. Electricity is the only utility not covered by the $775 rent. It's fully furnished with everything except what you want for your bathroom and bedroom. I consider these apartments to be the best deal in town for what you get. There is a $500 deposit upon move in, and an application with Absolute Realty will need to be filled out.

I'm 28, male, work a steady job here in Ashland, and looking for someone who will fit the bill. I have a well behaved medium sized dog so no other pets are allowed. On the first of the year the entire complex went pet free and I am grandfathered in. I can guarantee you will never hear my dog bark, she just doesn't do it.
