Wenzel Coaching MTB Clinics start on March 28th!

Elaine Bothe

2015-03-18

Get a jump on your mountain bike season! Whether or not youre interested in racing, good basic skills lay a strong foundation for fun and safety, join Wenzel Coaches Elaine Bothe (IMBA certified Level 2 Instructor), Martin Baker and Rhonda Morin to improve your skills and learn new ones.

Skills Clinics: Levels: beginners through advanced intermediates, men, women and kids 10 and up. We will be working on basic skills drills: on-bike body position, braking, corners, visual skills and then progress the skills to climbing, descending, switchbacks, log techniques, skinnies and, weather permitting, riding in the mud and special obstacle skills dependent on the site conditions and opportunities.

We will discuss race preparation, training and answer questions at the end.
Intro to Enduro Clinics: All levels, beginners encouraged! We will have a quick discussion about what Enduro is, what to bring on race day, race preparation and strategy, then we will practice starts, learn how to preview a course, session obstacles and learn to how to decide if you should ride or walk a section on the course. We will finish with a short practice race with at least two stages!
