Hi All,
The weather (73 degrees) is looking awesome for next Sunday's first annual Barton Park Circuit Race and our Premier sponsor, Sellwood Cycle Repair is offering up some killer preems for the Elite fields:
Men's 1/2 field: for laps 2, 4, 6 & 8, $50 prime for the first one up the climb and over the finish line.
Women's 1/2/3 field: for laps 2, 4 & 6, $50 prime for the first one up the climb and over the finish line.

Get your pre-registration in and save yourself the $5 bucks for Barton Park's day use fee.
Yes, the park charges $5 bucks for parking so if you can carpool, you'll save yourself some money.

I am currently working on prime for other fields too. I'll send out a confirmation note if I can get them done.

A shout out to all of our sponsors:

Subject: [OBRA Chat] Barton Park Circuit Race

Hello OBRA Racers!

The first annual Barton Park Circuit race is just around the corner (April 19th) and we hope to make this an annual event. It is an exciting course that traverses the Eaden/Harding loop just out of Barton Park where we will stage the event. We will need your support to make this an annual event so please come out and race.

Eaden Road is glass smooth while Harding is your typical county road. All pavement is good however.

You can view the flyer up at the OBRA calendar at: http://www.obra.org/flyers/2015/barton_park_circuit_race.pdf

We are staying with the fields shown on the current race flyer as the support for the Master's fields in the Men's 1/2 and Women's 1/2/3 fields was almost none.

Please note we will be in Pick-nick Area 1.

Parking for racers will be in the parking area across the road from Pick-nick Area 1 where the porta-potties are located.

Also note that the park's restrooms will be open for business so please use either the porta potties supplied by the race or the Park's restrooms and do not pee in the open.

Thanks and hope to see you out there,

Thanks to our Sponsors:

Sellwood Cycle Repair, Dave's Killer Bread, Belgium Bike, Bio Racer and Acu Om

Steve Long
