Hi there OBRA!

My current lease is ending May 31st and I am currently looking for a new place starting in June. Looking for something close in, somewhere in the 400-600$ range. I would prefer a house, but am flexible if there are other things that come up. I have a cat who is mostly outdoor, well-behaved and pretty awesome. I own five bikes, so storage would be idea. Aside from that, I tend to keep to keep busy with work and bikes and am a relatively neat person, accommodating to roommate's cleaning/living habits and respectful of space. I drink occasionally but don't part and am pretty low-key when it comes to my social life. Any leads or information is much appreciated!
