I've had mine taken care of by River City. Very successfully, I may add. They did it on the spot.

Hey friends,

I have a pair of Specialized road shoes with early version of the "single BOA lacing system" (if you don't know vaguely what I mean then no need to read further).

I am wondering if anybody out there happens to know how to 're-lace' these shoes and acquire new BOA dials and laces? That would be nice.
The shoes themselves are in pretty darn good shape considering the usage and still salvagable, however the lace and dial parts are wearing out quickly....

Recommendations?

In the past, with snowboard boots using BOA system, I was able to contact BOA HQ in Steamboat Springs, CO and they hooked me up.

Would rather solve problem locally this time if possible.
