*FORMAL NOTICE TO ALL PARTIES INTERESTED IN THE U.S. FOREST SERVICE ROAD
DECOMMISSIONING PROPOSAL FOR OUR MT. HOOD NATIONAL FOREST!*

*Todd Reinwald/U.S. Forest Service Ranger/District 6, has agreed to speak
at our May 2015 meeting. Todd is a Soil and Water Program Manager for the
Mt. Hood National Forest, and will address the U.S. Forest Service proposal
to decommission FS roads in our Mt. Hood National Forest, which include
Vista Ridge and FS Road 18, connecting the Villages of Mt. Hood to Hood
River, OR. *

*Todd will provide maps for review and discussion, and will except input
for future consideration pertaining to which roads should be
decommissioned, and which ones should be maintained. This is your chance to
submit suggestions, concerns and ideas pertaining to Vista Ridge/FS Road
18, and other FS Roads in the Mt. Hood National Forest that are key to the
enhancement of cycling recreation and tourism for communities surrounding
Mt. Hood.*

*This is normally a day off for Todd, however he has agreed to meet with us
on Saturday; May 16th to accommodate everyone else’s scheduling conflicts.
So please plan to attend in order to provide valuable input to proposed
Forest Service road decommissioning in the Mt. Hood National Forest.*
