Over $5k in 3 hours! Keep going OBRA, I've never met Alistair, but he was doing what we all love and he is one of our own. If you can donate a little bit everything helps him out.

Kenji,

Here's a link to the gofundme campaign setup for Alistair.
He faces the expense of multiple surgeries and physical therapy in
addition to
prosthetics to regain his mobility. He really is a great kid and I'm
hopeful that we can at least show him that he doesn't face this alone.

Folks,

If you hadn't heard, one of our racers was hit in Portland yesterday.
Alistair Corkett, Monster Media development squad lost his leg when a
pick up truck driver took a left in front of him and another rider.
It will be a long road to recovery and he will need additional
surgeries. Please keep him in your thoughts. When Steve Remy talked
to him, Alistair was worried about whether he would ever be able to
race again.

Bryant Howard of O2 Endurance is working on putting together a fund
for him- the Portland Police Bureau is unsure whether the driver is
insured.

Dan Kaufman is putting together a rally today at 4 PM.

Please tell your non-biking friends to take this message to heart-
slow down and pay attention.
