Yet again...another stolen bike post! Help from the OBRA community would be awesome: My dear friend Kat's brand shining new (well matte black actually) Argon 18 E-116 TT/Tri bike was cut off (lock) of her car's bike rack last week in the Fred Meyer Parking Lot on Interstate in Portland. It is a medium 54cm matte black, with red bottle cage. If anyone spots it, please give me a shout.
