WTB - cheap X-SMALL road frame, 650 even

woops... can't change the title

Anywho... cheapISH... not a total cheapskate... but I'm not gonna be buying a $1000 carbon frame for my kids.

Ben, I don't know if you would consider it but I have a complete Jamis
41cm aluminum frame, carbon fork 650 wheels, 162.5mm cranks, upgraded with
105 and Thomson.
A great road bike for sub 5 footers.
$1000
If you are trying to spend less, a small vintage MTB frame can be made to
work but unless you get a lot of free or very cheap parts, it cost close
to the same.

Have MTB and CX bikes covered for the kids.... now I want to put together a legit road bike with caliper brakes and road slicks, something I can teach these punks to crit on

Something in the neighborhood of a 44-46cm eTT, and I've got a highly appropriate set of 650 wheels and tires sourced, so 650 is a definite 'go'

What's collecting dust??

Thanks!
