A couple updates ahead of next Monday's Short Track race # 6.
The weather is finally starting to cool down, but the racing action is only expected to go up. Either way, we'll do our best to make sure the last three races of the series will seriously rock!

1) Get ready for the Cyclepath Holeshot Night!
This Monday, with the support of our longtime short track series sponsor Cyclepath, we are hosting our traditional Holeshot Night, where racers in each category will get a chance to race for fame and glory within the first minutes of racing, by beating their competitors to the line at the "Cyclepath Holeshot", located at clearly marked spot along the first quarter mile of the course under the trees. Holeshot winners in each category will go home with a $20 Cyclepath gift certificate and a stainless steel Niner pint!

2) And the winners are...
Last Monday's Summer Casual Race Outfit Contest (presented by Portland Design Works) drew another great crowd of racers who shed the lycra or sported some truly casual race outfits, which ran the gamut from stylish & cute to wild & risque. We hope you all had a lot of fun!

3) Buy just two, race all three!
Per popular request, we will offer our Rest-of-Series Pass at a discounted rate for one more week. For just $50 (or $30 for junior racers), you'll get to race all 3 remaining 2015 short track races! The passes can be purchased at registration on Monday.

4) Get Ready for the Series Grand Finale & Ultra Short Track Team Relay!
That's right, we're just over two weeks away from our traditional Series Grand Finale and Ultra Short Track Team Relay! The 25 available slots for the team relay race will be awarded on a first-come first-serve basis, so don't wait too long to register your team!
