I'm going to be moving in either mid Oct or the beginning of Nov. I'm looking to rent a room in PDX. I come with bikes, of course. I'm clean and tidy, non-smoking, without pets, financially stable and am genuinely nice and honest. :)

Not needing a long term lease, but if the right place was found it could work out for a year.

I'm a professional woman in my late-30s, looking for shared housing. I would prefer my own room with storage (bikes, bikes, bikes!). I have a sweet, 6-year-old dog who is great with other people. I prefer a quieter lifestyle and tend to keep to myself, but that doesn't mean I'm anti-social.

I don���t need much, but have a few non-negotiables: must accept dogs; be within six miles of downtown Portland; my own room with on-site storage (bikes, bikes, bikes!).

I prefer a quieter lifestyle, am tidy but not obsessive, and generally positive. I���m looking to move mid- to late-September. Do you know of any shared housing situations that might be a good fit? Or a reasonably priced place I could live alone with my dog? I���m also open to finding a house with one or two other people. I���m looking for like-minded people to live with, so I figure this network is a good start.
