The City of Portland is looking for consultants to handle the public
outreach for offroad cycling opportunities as part of the master plan. My
company does not do this, I just happen to get bid notices and thought I'd
forward it to the group, in case some of y'all do, or know someone who
might be qualified and effective. Here's the notice (qualified firms need
to be registered on the procurement website in order to download bids and
submit proposals).

Please direct any questions to the City of Portland, I know nothing more
about this!
