Allie, my wife, is a physician at St. Vincent hospital and a runner and MTBer.
Lola is our 20lb terrier dog.
What matters most to us:
No further east than Tabor, for ease of commuting. Near in SE or NW preferred.
$1400-1800 / month.
Dog allowed, ideally with fenced yard.
Ample bike storage / shop space, ideally a garage.
Walking or biking distance to grocery shopping
