We had an amazing turnout and a great day of racing at the inaugural Cross
on the Mountain this past Sunday. I want to just take a minute to thank all
the racers, families, kids, sponsors who helped make it happen but
especially all the folks at OBRA who make it happen for all of us who want
to race bikes week in and week out. Take a minute this week to thank an OBRA
official and all the other staff who work tirelessly so we can ride bikes
together. Our event would not have been possible without Candi and Mike
Murray, Kenji, Terri Camp, Tony Kic, Scott Wilson, Catherine Cooper, Linda
among others. It is a pleasure to work with such dedicated professionals who
also help and support our races, sanction events and provide the most
amazing result system in any sporting event in the US. Fun, safe, affordable
racing available to so many people is another of the great things about
Oregon and I am proud to be a card-carrying member of this organization.
Thanks for all you do!
