Hey OBRA

Happy belated new year! As I get ready for a great season with OBRA and all
of you I thought I would announce a few upcoming price saving deadlines.
Oregon Triple Crown is going well and 50 registered so far....300 miles
this year and 25,000 ft of climbing with the early bird price or best price
ending 1/24 so save 10.00 on the Oregon Gran Fondo and 20.00 for the OTC
Series So far we are close to 50 registered and we will be capping OTC
registration at 150 overall for the series.

Now you could do the events below separate....but cumulative time for the
overall is awesome and someone needs to dethrone Thomas Hainish from Bend
and Misha Fuller? Or not!

More OTC info

First of all people assume its all road for the whole series and when they
find out a piece or 2 has some gravel or a pothole some may freak
out.....we need to calm them down and start talking tires and Gravel Bikes!
Road are not getting better!

Truly epic this year with the new Willamette Course... 3 weeks after Oregon
to launch you into summer fitness. Also I have figured out that you need to
spend time with the family and August is not the best month to host an
event!

June 5th Oregon Gran Fondo 100% road and a few potholes after Aid 2 for the
Gran
June 25th Willamette Gran Fondo 98% road and 125 Miles and over 10K of
climbing
Medio COURSE
Gran COURSE
September 24th Oregon Coast Gravel Epic P/b Oregon Coast Bank 60% Gravel.

Also the Medio distance is no Shame and quite fun and challenging...so
choose wisely and get ready with Co-Motion and Rolf Prima and all your
friends for the whole series or one of the above!

*Oregon Off Road Series P/B Rivercity Bicycles*

10 races and the best 5 counting for the overall individual and Team Comp
with Oakridge back in the mix and Washougal!
Corvallis Cyclery racing is #1...will that last?
Subject to change...But I think we are set with dates..

*Sisters Stampede*
May 29th, 2016, 15% full already in the first 2 weeks and this draws plenty
of out of staters. I tried to get more spots but nope, and last year by
Wednesday the week of the event we were done taking more no matter who you
are.....or if you were leading the series....OK we did get 1-2 in with some
drops late, 1 was Ryan Trebon and the Expert Series leader...I like that
Trebon...Tall and fast!

Other stuff.

*High Cascades 100* July 16th is 50% full...Oregon is way behind the other
states this year for participation... get on it Oregon!

*Oregon 12/24* is September 10th and 11th in Bend.....20 signed up already
and max participation is 350 with 100 in the 12 hr. Fun for all abilities!

Mudlsinger. ...28th edition...how could I
forget...Saturday April 9th to kick off the series! New long course and a 2
mile section with 800 ft of climbing to get in shape real quick!
Save 5.00 New Mudslinger first 50

Be safe in the wet weather or snow...support local and ride strong!

OBRA is amazing and make sure to get your annual license early.
Also remember if you want to volunteer for one event and race another thats
great! volunteer@mudslingerevents.com
