Intro to the Barbell Class - geared towards cyclists/trackies at CrossFit503

Hey guys,

My name is Luke Harris and I am the owner/founder of Enclave Performance Nutrition here in Portland. I recently moved to the area from Colorado - so little to none of you know me. I have years of cycling experience both on the road and track. I am also a certified strength and conditioning coach and have been strength coaching for years as well. I am going to be starting up a group fitness class as described in the title at CrossFit 503 on Macadam. http://www.crossfit503.com/

The class will take you through all the pertinent barbell exercises to strength train specifically for cycling. Skill, then strength will be developed over the course of a 4-week program, starting in March and beginning again in April. Some of the exercises include: Deadlift, Back Squat, Front Squat, and the Clean.

I need your feedback if you are interested so that I can tailor the schedule - I'd like to have 2 class options a week, with the ability to come to 1 or both for one price.

If you are a cyclist who is concerned about having top end power, riding on the velodrome, or are anyone who already does these exercises - this 'camp' is for you. I will release flyers as soon as I have more details for you all.
