This derailleur will accept up to a 42t cassette and can be run with road or mtb shifters for the ultimate gear range. There's a clutch mechanism on it which prevents the chain from slapping about. I'm selling this thing for way less than I should be, but my loss is your gain. $280 and you can have the derailleur of your dreams.
