Hey all. I met Jeff (the landowner of Vernonia Springs) at the NWTA general
meeting. He is very supportive of doing events like this (he rides) and is
looking forward to these two events. My conversation led me to believe
other weekend bike events are a real possibility there. If you can make it
out to support these, that might make a friendly landowner see bike races in
an even more positive light. I am not a promoter, but have had enough
conversations with them to know that venues with supportive owners or
managers are great for OBRA / everyone. These two nights could be
especially nice midweek race escapes for folks on the west side of the metro
area. It is a pretty area out there.
