In Heaven MTB racing season starts in the spring, road racing in
the summer and CX racing in the fall.

In Hell road racing starts in the winter, CX racing in the summer
and MTB racing in the fall.

I would propose a rule change that restricts the CX season to October - January and designates September as "State Championship Month." Run all the Road and Track State Championship races in September. This relieves some scheduling pressure during the current regular season and perhaps would encourage more CX racers to participate in road races... just my two cents :)
