I'm looking for an inexpensive condo on the west side of Bend. 7th fits the bill. I'm aware of the current high HOA and the 2008 history. I'm curious about current issues. If you would like to share any part of your recent ownership experience with me privately I would appreciate it. Mostly I'm concerned about HOA stability an heath. Thanks, Arlo
