We are seeking a housemate to share lovely NE
neighborhood home, across the street from a park, easy access to Tri-Met on NE
Sandy and NE Prescott.

Our home has a basement studio (no kitchen) -
10’ X 8’ semi-furnished bedroom (queen size bed included), 10’ X 8’ living
room/office area, and a full bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Washer and dryer are
available to use, utilities are included in rent. Shared kitchen upstairs and
you must be okay with meat being cooked in the kitchen.

We share this home with two lovely, mid-sized
dogs; Jack and Wilson. There is a patio in the back yard to enjoy; beer brewing
and bbqing occurring regularly. We have always had a roommate and respect
the ideals of communal living. We would like to share this space with someone
who is open-minded, flexible, and reliable and needs a space to call home. The rent is $650/month utilities included.
