Get out and ride! The rules apply year round, just don't ride if the
track is wet. Not even a little.

FYI. There will be some folks getting their last bits of training this week
in before they head to Masters World Championships or PanAms. Make sure
that you speak with the coach involved so that they can factor you into
their workouts.
