Just wanted to put a huge thank you out to all the soggy racers who endured Saturday's crazy conditions at Zaaldercross. Thanks for supporting our race and raffle as well. We also want to give a big group hug out to our OBRA officials who shivered and scored all day long without a complaint. You guys rock! We had a great volunteer crew this year as well who kept the day flowing smoothly and are still giving their time restoring Alderbrook Park. You'd be amazed at the generosity of the people behind the scenes helping out with the race. It really is a great community.
A few other notes:
-The custom growlers for winners should hopefully be here next week some time. We'll track you down and thanks for your patience
- We have a pretty good collections of jersey and jackets in our lost & found box(including a red OBRA official's jacket)
- We will still be making a donation to p:ear with the proceeds from the race! It was looking pretty doubtful earlier in the week but we managed to work through some issues with the park and lots of volunteer help will leave us with at least a little something to give.
