Important blind date note, and some unimportant ones too...

Friends, seriously-
We have had some concerns from the neighborhood about bike traffic on the streets surrounding the dairy, specifically SW Illinois st. and the truck entrance to the dairy. Please, show extra courtesy to neighborhood traffic and make room for cars to pass. We all know it's okay to ride your bike in the street, but complaints reflect negatively on not only our event but compromise other dairy functions as well. Also, Alpenrose is a full time production facility; the truck entrance, Carl's yard, and the manicured baseball fields are off limits to us. To help inform riders and smooth this out, my dear mom has volunteered to hang out on Illinois and taser anyone acting wrong. The Cadonau family have hosted us for Blind Date 8 years now, and their history of providing a fun place to ride bikes goes back to the early sixties.
Be Cool.
Okay! So, the Castelli Blind Date Caps are in... and they are DOPE! If we are lucky there will be a few left after the season pass holders get theirs, we'll let you know. Looks like we are in for another beautiful evening tomorrow, show up early before I drink all the chocolate Stumptown cold brew and clean out the Vegan Caterer. The certified goofs at 21st ave will help you figure out that terrible creak, and we'll put in a new turn or two to keep things curious. Make the right moves and you might end up in a Castelli leaders jersey or swoop a bag of fresh Stumptown beans.
Truly, Tony and Joe
