My bike flipped out from under me and I somehow ran out of it. Here was my
important lesson- I need to call out my passes better. I think you were
trying to let me by, but instead you shoulder/hip-checked me straight into a
post. The puzzling thing is, we were on a straight-away after we came out of
the woods before the off-camber. If you had just held your line, nothing
would have happened. It was a huge 'Ahah' moment for me and I will call out
my passes better going forward. I'm glad no one was hurt. There was a recent
post about passing etiquette and I know I could have been clearer. I hope
you had a good race otherwise, no hard feelings, contact is part of cross!!
