Shimano RS-685 (Ultegra Hydrualic) 11-speed shift/brake levers. Mechanical shifting.
Shimano BR-785 hydraulic disc calipers. Post mount.
Levers are still connected to calipers via hydraulic hosing, so if you have a 54-57 cm frame with external brake routing, you might be able to reuse the hydro hosing.
Ultegra 6800 braze-on front derailleur.
Ultegra 6800 mid-cage 11-speed rear derailleur.
Ultegra 6800 11-32 cassette. Good used condition. It will likely last through the winter/spring, but it's definitely used.
