This is a rigid 29er that I built up for my son last summer to use as a
flat bar cross bike. He did 4 or 5 cross races on it after the build and
then promptly grew out of the bike this past fall (damn teenagers!).
It is set up as a cross bike with cross tires, but with some 29er wheels
(maybe the ones included would work, I just haven't tried mounting 29er
tires on the rims) you could use it as a sweet short track or rigid trail
bike (single speed or geared).

This bike has a eccentric bottom bracket so that it can be ran as either a
geared or single speed bike. It is currently set up as a geared bike, but I
am happy to covert it back to a single speed if you would prefer. I have
spacers and a cog for the rear hub if you want them or i can do the
conversion for you.

I've seen these bikes use drop bars to make a small road/cross bike. I
haven't tried it, but will throw in some Ritchey drop bars and a stem if
you want to try. (You would need to provide brake shift levers)
