It has the upgraded heavy duty flywheel ($89 on its own). That means there are 2 fly wheels on the back -- use both for harder steady state efforts or sprints, or use just the larger one or just the smaller one for less mass and easier spin ups.

The Rock n Roll is awesome, It's best as a trainer that stays put in your torture chamber since it's pretty heavy to lug around. That heaviness translates to incredible stability though, even under full sprint load.

The trainer retail price has gone down to $549, plus $89 for the upgraded flywheel. And it has a lifetime warranty! It's in fantastic shape. $300 obo.
