Folks,

The board and I met this past weekend in Bend and worked on the 5-year
strategic plan for OBRA. We took into consideration much of the
information you provided to us in the survey. While the process won't
be complete for at least a month, we plan on having some sessions
around the state to show you some of the concepts that we are working
on. We will keep you updated as the process moves forward.

A special shout out to Norrene Godfrey for helping push this forward
and to Brad Ross for helping us with logistics. Also big thank you's
to Galen Mittermann and Jonathan Riddle for helping out with the
process!
