BikeTiresdirect suckered me into upgrading to a sweet hard-side so I have a soft-side bike case for sale.
I'm the second owner, it's been all over the world, but still holds up well and will protect your bike on a plane - I used it a few times before I upgraded. Solid plastic/metal base that mounts the forks and just behind the BB on the chainstays. 4 roller wheels to roll upright and a shoulder strap to carry up stairs and pull the case by.
My 58CM needed seat post, pedals, bars, and rear d pulled to fit nicely.
