About you: Looking for respectful, drama-free roommate who is responsible about rent and bills (we���ll split everything 50/50) and a drug-free, non-smoker. No full-time children. No pets.

About me: Early 40s male who works long hours and has a teen daughter on weekends. Into bicycling (cyclocross, road and mountain), hiking, snowboarding, snowshoeing and other outdoor pursuits as well as thrift shops/estate sales and ebay selling.

About the home:
The oversized master bedroom is available toward the end of April for a six-month lease then month-to-month. Includes connected, private bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, wall-to-wall carpeting, and French doors to fenced back yard.
Home is 2,200 sq. ft. in Holcolmb Heights (97230) and fully furnished with shared washer and dryer, central AC, dishwasher, etc. Plentiful street and driveway parking. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood, 0.4 miles from the 21 bus line (NE Sandy & 158th), and 0.7 miles from the blue Max line (E Burnside & 162nd Ave).

You���ll have access to the interior and exterior common areas of the home including the secure bike room, family room with 75��� TV, chef���s kitchen with breakfast bar, formal dining room, formal living room with wood fireplace, laundry room, powder room, deck, yard, and small storage shed.��

About the bills:
Rent: $750
Deposit: $1500 (first and last)
Utilities currently average $334 per month, which we���d split. Your cut would be about $167 per month.��
